How do I know the size I need?

How long do the nails stay on?
It really all depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands and your choice of adhesive. With nails tabs you can wear them for about 1 to 7 days. With nail glue, for about 1 to 3 weeks.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes, using nail tabs will make the nails reusable.
For those that prefer nail glue, I would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file. to gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails.
What if the nails I purchased don't fit?
Due to the handmade nature of our product we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We have sizing sample packs available and a size guide to help you can find the perfect fit.
Do you offer custom orders?
Of course! If you have a concept in mind or see something that inspires you just send me a message/email so we can discuss your ideas together.
What comes with my nails?
All nail orders come with a mini nail file, cuticle pusher, buffer, alcohol pad and application and removal instructions.
How long will it take to ship my order?
All of the nail sets are made to order. I generally do not keep stock of nails on hand to ship out immediately (unless stated otherwise). Please be aware that if you need the nails within the same week, they are not going to get there in time. The current Turnaround time is 10-14 business days due to the fact that our nails are made to order and handcrafted. If you need your order by a certain date I would advise you to choose the express shipping option. Sizing Sample kits: 3-5 Business days.

How long will it take to receive your order once shipped ?
Domestic Shipping: 3-5 Business days. If there are any delays due to holidays or weather we are not responsible.
International Shipping: 7-15 Business days in some cases it may be longer depending on the country. We are NOT responsible for any custom fees your country may charge upon its arrival.
Returned - Insufficient Address or Unclaimed Packages: Any packages that are returned due to an insufficient addressed or unclaimed at customs or delivery will be refunded without shipping charge. If you want your package re-shipped due to insufficient address you will be charged a shipping fee. Please be sure to double check your address before placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?
We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. But due to the nature of our product; all sales are final (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state. If so, email klawzbykeelah@hotmail.com and include an image of the defective or damaged product). **Please read all information listed under the item description before ordering. Be aware of turn around time frame and make sure you size your nails correctly as we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered.**
